H&L Chimney Service

We had a problem with a gas leak in our newly installed fireplace, so we called H&L Chimney Service. The office called us back early the next morning, and Douglas arrived before noon to fix it. He checked the fireplace, made the needed repair, and made sure everything was working safely and properly before leaving. Fast response, professional chimney and fireplace service, and a very smooth experience overall. I would definitely recommend.

Douglas and his partner came out for our annual chimney inspection and sweeping. They were friendly, professional, and very thorough with the cleaning, safety check, and clear explanation of the condition of our fireplace and venting system. They took the time to answer our questions and made the whole service visit easy and stress-free. We plan to keep using H&L Chimney Service for the long term.

Douglas came out to remove an old metal fireplace and repair the roof where the chimney had been. He also hauled the heavy unit away for recycling, which was a big help. He did an excellent job with the fireplace removal, roof patch, and chimney-related work, and everything was handled safely and professionally. The work area was cleaned up well afterward, and the whole service felt smooth, helpful, and efficient.
