Some of his work was good and some of it was bad. I wish he had told me he just couldn’t fix the one gutter properly and not made a mess of it. There’s screws sticking out all over under the overhang and the existing gutter was beat up. See pics

Gutter guard installation and roof cleaning in Oct 2023. Paid after guards completed but then noted that roof was not cleaned. Had a lot of back and forth with Emily Greene, who kept telling me someone would be out the next day, then the next... no one ever came. At this point, I asked for a refund. Now- radio silence. Not responding to my calls, emails, or texts. Poor customer service. If you can't do the job, say so, and offer a refund.

Called this company for repair . The technician was not skilled . The gutter repair was done poorly and started leaking again . Find another company . This one is not great at all . Jamal the owner did not respond to messages when asked for a refund . Stay away

Jamal is great. He came out when I thought I had an issue, and took care of my concerns. They are friendly and family owned. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Jamal came out same day to repair a section of our gutters. He was friendly and explained clearly what he was going to do first. I'd recommend them to anyone for gutter cleaning and repair.

I called the number of the business on the web site and it is forwarded to a different number. I have had Emily call me back once and quote me a price on a cut and drop as well as a quote for install on gutters. since then I have made a decision to do a cut and drop but when I try to reach this company through any means (call, text, email, etc.) I get no response. To me it seems as if the company is fake and the company address on the web site is a residence. IDK tried to do business with them but ended up using a different company. Never seen a business try its hardest to not make money. Emily says in response to other posts they are under new ownership and it shows she is an owner. well you are failing as a business owner to have so many angry potential customers.

I was very pleased with the work Gutters of Sacramento provided. They did an excellent job cleaning my gutters and then came back to seal a couple seams that were leaking. They guaranteed their work and then came back and fixed the minor problem. I would use them again!
