Grandmark Service Company delivers honest, high-quality roofing for homeowners. Customers like the job done by the crew, with Joey being nice, easy to talk to, and very helpful. From start to finish, clients are kept informed throughout the process, with photos and videos of the job as it was getting done. The quote is fair, and the work is done on time, even doing a little more than quoted. Communication with the techs can be an issue, but the estimator is easy to get a hold of and helpful. Service is excellent from financing to completion, with efficient workers and a communicative project manager who gives frequent updates. The team is very professional, explaining everything needed to know about the roof, and is nice and helpful. Neighbors have been impressed with the work performed. Customers highly recommend Grandmark roofing and will definitely call the company again if needed.
I called grandmark to have my roof scrubbed, and they sent the nicest Young man out to do the job,his name was Joe he was polite courteous good looking young man very hard-working, because as I watched him, I realized that the job was not an easy job for anyone to do. But he made it look easy. Thank you, grand mark as a great company and Joe as great worker that represents Granmark.
From start (David-Quote) to finish (Joe and Team) they kept me informed throughout the process at my home in Ripon. Photos and videos of the job as it was getting done. Fair quote as well. Highly recommend Grandmark roofing. Even my neighbors told me how impressed they were at the work preformed. Mica running the office was great to deal with as well. Good work, done on time and even did a little more of the gutter guard than what was quoted. Only issue was communication with the techs…but, the estimator (Dave) was easy to get a hold of and could help to answer any questions. Will use Grandmark in the future.
