From the moment I walked in, I could tell this office really cares about their patients. The front desk and assistants were so patient and genuinely friendly that my nerves started to melt away. Once I was in the chair, the doctor took the time to walk me through every single step before he did anything, which made the whole experience feel calm and under control. The only surprise was the blast of ice cold water which definitely woke me up but even then he checked in to make sure I was okay.
