Shortly after moving into our new construction we found a leak behind our wall causing mold growth and leaks in the roof, so we realized that we could not trust the “in house inspection” our builders did at all. We hired Golden State and our inspector Michael Knapp was fantastic. Personable, honest, and very knowledgeable! Our report was thorough with tons of clear photos, the inspection was efficient and he made us feel so, so much better that there were no other serious issues in the house.
