I switched to this dentist after our dentist retired. Referred by a friend. FANTASTIC service every time, they have excellent equipment & I never have any issues with them accepting my insurance, if/when I do pay out of pocket it is clearly explained. VERY happy to be a patient here.

I needed a root canal 🦷 done asap was suffering for a long time and Gateway dental took care of me real well. The staff were all very kind and worked with my schedule. Im happy I went there and now pain free and teeth looking And feeling better.

I have had an extremely negative experience at this dental office. I previously lodged a complaint regarding my unpleasant interaction with the staff, particularly with a woman named Simona. She was exceedingly rude and pressured me to pay for services that I did not receive, for which I am still awaiting reimbursement, as I did not receive a cleaning that day, a service for which I had paid a large amount for. After submitting my initial complaint, I received a call from Simona herself! I cannot begin to convey my astonishment at the lack of professionalism exhibited by this establishment! Rather than having a representative from upper management contact me with an impartial perspective, they sent the very same individual who had previously harassed me. She called me on December 3, 2025, at 4:21 PM; you may review the call for yourselves. As I attempted to recount my experience to her, she repeatedly interrupted me, not to offer an apology, but to defend her actions. She even made an inappropriate remark regarding her 'not being Mexican,' suggesting that her Spanish comes off as rude. The mere assumption that I am Mexican is a clear example of her prejudiced behavior, and her excuse is nonsensical. She then attempted to shift the blame onto another employee who had assisted me, which I found absurd, as that worker is the only one who has treated me with respect. Should I receive another call from her, I will involve the police, as her actions constitute harassment, and your company not only continues to employ her but also permits her to engage with customers who have lodged complaints against her. I expect my reimbursement to be processed promptly, along with a call from a professional representative. This company is extremely unprofessional

Our family has not been to the dentist in years. Our kid had a cavity and also needs lots of work. The front office staff were wonderful and welcoming. They were so nice to patients coming in, like they are the neighborhood dentist. Dr. Truong and the hygienist are very kind and explained everything in great detail. Would highly recommend!

I've been a patient of Dr. Truong's for over 10 years and I am so pleased with her work. She has consistently supported with an implant, crown, referral for a gum graft, routine cleanings, and more. Her office staff are friendly and professional and I have neve once felt overcharged or like a treatment was recommended that wasn't needed. Highly recommended!
