My heat went out during a freezing week in December. The existing unit would be very expensive to repair because it was over 30 years old and I could smell that something had burned out. Garrick was there within an hour, diagnosed the problem, gave me several options (repair, replace etc). To repair was extremely expensive and would take several days to find and have the parts shipped, so i opted for a new system. They showed up with a large team and had heat back in a day to get me through the weekend. By the next Tuesday the heating and air were installed, inspections completed and I was all set! After getting estimates from close to 20(!!) HVAC companies, we selected Garick for our huge project! We needed our attic cleared out, a new HVAC system and all new ductwork installed, and new insulation. Halfway through we decided to also have them change out the exhaust fans in our bathrooms. Warren was a our project manager and went above and beyond ensuring all of our wants and needs were exceeded!! He was extremely thorough, diligent, communicative, and made sure we were happy during and after the install. Excellent service. Service personnel use booties when coming into your home. They are very knowledgeable about the hvac units and can often offer suggestions on how to optimize the use of your units. They do thorough inspections and even clean the crud out of the outside vents on your ac unit. Doug came to service our AC unit and we were quite pleased with his work. We will continue to request him to service the ac and heater as needed.Service: HVAC system maintenance
