Honestly best place in Sacramento to get your eyebrows threaded! She absolutely listen’s to what you want, and does a great job delivery what you requested! I have never had someone thread my eyebrows and it not hurt! Amazing! And my brows are how I like them clean, thick and beautiful! Thank you so much!
