Terrible. They only care for money. They keep raising the rent at kind west but the place is terrible. On site management lets packages be stolen and his friends harass residents. Cars get broken into. Ozzy says things will be done but it never is. He also lies a lot, thats why there is so many problems. You can tell this place is terrible by the amount of people who move out. Do not live at kind west.

Thieves.$300 for a couch removal/dump fee when the couch was already thrown in the trash? Really?$150 for wall repair when it was your staff that told us NOT to drill holes in walls but use the hooks that can be pealed off. Maybe use better quality materials when building walls so the dry wall can't be pealed off with tape.Expect a small claims case.
