I have been seeing Catrena for about 6 months now and I’m so glad I found her to manage my chronic pain and help calm my nervous system through somatic release. Catrena is truly gifted in healing and very intuitive; it amazes me how she knows exactly where to target with massage/cupping without me even telling her! The office is such a clean, peaceful environment and since my initial appointment, Catrena has been so considerate in making me feel comfortable during the sessions ( ie. adjusting temperature of the room, music preference, providing extra cushions, and accommodating my sensitivity to fragrances). Catrena and I have been working together for almost a year now, and the experience has been simply life-changing for me. She is so effortlessly skilled at massage therapy and energy work, and has a super relaxing space. She herself has a calming presence and I have felt so comfortable with her from day one.

Catrena is absolutely amazing! I have never been to a more skilled, professional, and knowledgeable massage therapist in my life! She has been absolutely instrumental in helping decrease with my chronic back and hip pain. She does both trigger release, deep tissue, cupping, energy work and traditional massage practices. Her studio is calm and tranquil and she has such a calming presence about her. I cannot recommend Catrena enough!
