I have always been very comfortable here, I have never had anything to complain about. They are receptive, they listen to you if you need something to be done differently. If something is unpleasant, they want to know, they will try to fix it. I appreciate the ambiance as well. Today, there was a small misunderstanding: I paid for 90 minutes, then, completely relaxed and satisfied at the end, started to head outside. I checked my clock, and it had only been 60 minutes. Our kind receptionist accidentally didn't tell the massage therapist, Jane, that it was 90, not 60. When I went to talk about it, they all apologized profusely. We've come to this place for years and had great experience with professional staff. The foot massage occurs in the open and there's no need to remove anything but your footwear. Very relaxing and health enhancing.

My favorite masseuse left (Linda) and now it's not the same anymore for me. I've been to this location for over a year, with my mother, and I used to feel very refreshed when I leave but today, I just left feeling absurdly sore and in unnecessary pain. This would be a good location for those seeking techniques similar to deep tissue and for a masseuse to really clear those knots and tension out. The employees are used to digging in super deep into those pressure points with their elbows and utilizing fast, firm, and repetitive strokes, which is personally not ideal, in my opinion as a former massage practitioner, compared to slower deep strokes for full effectiveness.... read full review
