Wanted to find a good pedicure spot, so I wanted to give this place a try. It was pretty busy, but I was able to get a pedicure in right away. I saw a quick glimpse in their promo video of a pedicure tech had one of those calus remover shavers, and it sold me. Got to the place and asked the tech guy if they have any callus remover service, and he said no, which bummed me out because that was the reason why I decided to give this place a try. Their leg massage was barely a massage, and I was not impressed with how my toe nails came out. I'm not sure if this is the new style people go for, but it's not good. Now I gotta go home and clip off those edges and won't be coming back to this place again.

I went in for a birthday spa day... got my pedicure done which was nice. Then as my toenails where drying I waited over 45min for a nail tech to get a full set done. I told the guy at the checkout register I've been waiting. He said I'll get someone right with you. I waited another 20mins. Watched ppl walk right in and get serviced. After seeing the 3rd lady being sat down for nails I walked over and had the man check me out and told him I Will be going somewhere else to get my nails done I had been waiting over 1hr and no one helped me. He apologized and I walked out and will not return. Been going there for a few yrs now but not again. Horrible service, never again 😒

The pedicure was good but I’m very upset with the lady who was supposed to do my nails .. she was doing an absolute horrible job. First They wanted me to wait 40 mins after I told him what I went in for they said I’d get my full set right after my pedicure.. that was a lie second they had this lady who seemed to know nothing . Got super glue all over my fingers .. & no one did anything about it when they saw that I was upset I’ve been coming here for years and now because of this situation they lost a loyal customer .. now I’m literally crying in my car because this lady messed up my nails

I’ve been going there for years haircuts .. brows & mani/pedies .. my 2 daughters my grandchildren and ,in the last few years my great grandchildren go there !!! That’s 4 generations !!!

Love love love this place! 😁I go there every 2 to 3 weeks! 🤭The owner is the sweetest! And all of the nail techs who work here are kind and do a really good job doing what you ask! Remember closed mouths don’t get fed, just clarify if they need to fix something, they are more than willing! 👏👏

Have been coming here for years. Finally decided to get a pedicure and the service i received was ridiculous. Brand new person who clearly didn’t know what she was doing. She scrubbed the top parts of my feet that shouldn’t of been touched. She wasnt looking when she was doing it resulting in injury. She also cut was to much off my cuticle which caused them to bleed than tried to cover it up with the polish. I did receive a discount and some ointment but personally I feel I shouldn’t have had to pay anything for this. My feet are still recovering a week later.

I’ve been coming here since I was 19 years old and the service is tremendous especially for the price. I get my hair cut with Fen and she’s always so kind and she does an awesome job fading my hair (mid drop fade/with medium length curls). I walked in today to get a cut and was greeted by the guy working the front desk, the owner, another employee and by Fen all before the start of my haircut. That level of kindness and customer service is something you don’t always see even in high end commercial barbershops and salons. If you are trying to get a good haircut at a a great price I highly recommend Fen or Chelsea they are both great.

No issue with the salon or hairstylists. Just need to fix the hours. Several customers including me showed up to the salon it ended being closed. Whilst it shows open on the map. Please fix the hours thanks!
