Great company! We hired 1st Response Plumbing to come to the house to fix a broken shower. While taking care of that issue, coincidentally, we discovered that our water heater had apparently/recently broken leaving our basement with water. Despite having other appointments, their crew spent the entire day at our house replacing our water heater. They were efficient, polite, and very professional. We used them in the past for other smaller jobs with the same satisfaction. They will be the only plumbing company will ever use in Middletown, Rhode Island. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
I put out a FB post that I needed a plumber to change out a kitchen faucet. First Response contacted me on Saturday, called me on Monday and did the work the same day. I didn't have a chance to get the faucet and he even went to Home Depot for me, sent me pics of what he thought I would like. I was so appreciative and thankful. Great job and I'll be using this company going forward.
