They Called and checked on me, answering all my questions on how the process was going to go. I'm very satisfied so far. Gabriela even sent flowers to my hospital room. I contacted the firm by phone regarding a car accident with injury and Felix did the intake. He was great and was very empathetic. Felix answered every question and I didn’t feel hurried. He really listened. I explained that I have difficulty completing computer signatures so he made note of that and arranged help for me with that. I called this law firm to get some basic information to see if I qualified for a case. I’m so happy I spoke with Mr. Ian. He was very kind, honest and helpful. Before this, I called other law firms and they did not want to even allow me to ask a few questions if I did not have a broken bone or severe injury.
