“YALL when I tell you to just book with lei, just do it. I'm writing this review after my touchup session and initial session. The first session was great, Lei is just a lovely person, warm and inviting, very professional, and made me feel comfortable. Also her studio is so relaxing I fell asleep both times (while getting a razor to my face, you know that means she knows what she is doing.) If you're worried whether or not you will like how it looks don't stress because first she'll map it out on your face and you'll look at it and let her know if there's anything you wanna change. In my initial appointment, I wanted just a slightly less arched brow than what she had originally mapped out, and she was happy to adjust to make sure I was happy, and it also matched with my face. The healing process takes a couple weeks, so don't set yourself up or instant results because your brows will go through a few stages before they eventually look how they're meant to. I waited about two months until my touchup session because I was so busy, and that only took about an hour, and I was already happy with how they looked before the touchup, but now that she's gone through and filled in what was a little patchy from the first healing process they are better than I could've hoped for. “For mothers day I got an hour mini facial with a head spa treatment as well as a 30 minute korean body scrub. It was easy to schedule. I have never had a head spa or Korean body scrub but saw them on social media and had to try them. Princess beauty shop had openings which was so convenient since I am a busy mom and it's hard to plan ahead. The service itself was a wonderful and I smell so good and feel so clean.It was nice to be pampered.I will absolutely come back and will recommend this to anyone. They also gave me a goodie bag for mother's day, which was so sweet and the employees were very kind.“

“Hi, I went to four different hairstylists at this location. Love the atmosphere. It's like a mansion. i feel like I'm at an alumni reunion when I am there. So much talent. So much professionalism. Plus, they called me about my missing credit card. Since then, it's been robbed. At least I know all these wonderful people did not do it.“

“I came here after going to a chain wax store for about 8 months (stupid pass). I had issues with ingrown hair and red bumps that just wouldn’t go away. Liliana has been amazing! Not only did she have some great product recommendations (the shop carries great products), but she is easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable AND my bumps are going away!! I went in for a manicure with gel polish on my short natural nails instead... and it turned out very pretty! My nail tech this time was Molly and she was absolutely lovely during the appointment. She was very gentle with my skin, especially since I had some open cuts that stung while soaking in acetone. In the end, we wrapped up with a nice hand massage. 10/10 experience with Molly!“

“I am in love with my nail tech Mi. She is so funny!!! Very efficient and extremely skilled at manicures and pedicures. I wash my hands 25 times per day and dip is the only thing that will last for a month. Sometimes it can be applied too thick and your nails can look like chiclet gum pieces. But she applies it so evenly and thin that it looks like regular polish!!! I am super satisfied. ?“
