“Update: Lee mee contacted me and apologized about the bad experience I had. She took responsibility for her employee and offered to redo them. I was very on the fence about it but she convinced me to come back by taking accountability and stayed extra time after business end hours to fix my lashes. I went back and she redid them and now they are comfortable and do not hurt anymore. She also gave me instructions on how to take care of them. 5/5 for today's service.

Initial:
I went for a natural extensions like they advertised. It was my first time doing it too. While it was being done, it was painful from time to time. Once the lady gave me the mirror once she was done, some of my bottom lashes were glued to the top and i couldnt properly open that eye which she fixed once I told her. Since I hadn't done them before ever, i thought they looked fine since I didn't know what to expect. While it was being done, the more experienced ladies were monitoring it and telling her things in their language which i didn't understand too. I thought they were guiding her so things should be fine. They were hurting when i was closing my eyes but at that time I didnt think it was a big deal. I paid $55+$10 tip and left. They started falling out as soon as I was outside. I rushed back in and they said they would fill it in. It was burning and my eyes were tearing up. They hushed me to the main room and told me not to get it wet until tomorrow. I left but the lashes were uncomfortable and kept falling out throughout the day. At night, it was very painful and i kept waking up due to the pain while shutting my eyes. It seems some thick wafts had been glued to my waterline and the waft were thick and big. My lashes along with them started falling out too. Maybe 20% of what they put on is remaining in my eye in about 24 hours and many of my own lashes have fallen off too. I understand that maybe the tech that did this was inexperienced but the other ladies seeing this and letting this happen and letting me walk out of there twice when they saw this signals bad business ethics to me. I will not be returning here and suggest noone to go here.“

“Great first experience today for a pedicure. The husband took my appointment over the phone with 15min notice and did my nails. He was methodical and attentive, and did a great job with every step. Paid $40 cash (plus tip) for a gel pedicure with many of the luxury upgrades that I would expect from a more expensive “spa pedicure”: sugar scrub, hot stone massage etc. this will be my new pedicure spot in town!“
