I usually dread the whole car-buying process, but Vanessa’s energy and attitude completely changed the vibe. She’s super friendly and actually listens. Vanessa was amazing! She made my car buying experience quick and easy. I was able to drive a few vehicles before finally settling on the one that I love the most. She answered all my questions and it was hassle free. The whole buying experience was seamless and I would highly recommend DriveTime to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The staff was also very welcoming.
Ilia is absolutely amazing! I came in a little over a week ago with my car broken down and didn't make it back for quite a few days looking for her. She worked with me and my 'not so great credit' and my co-signer and got me everything I was looking for and more.... And the ability to make my payments lower within 60 days. She works hard, is super understanding (I had to leave to get my kids then co-signer had to leave to get hers), has a wonderful attitude (we are highstrung and stressed currently and she dealt with it/us phenomenally) and great communication!
