UPDATE:- it's no longer in its "infant days" they have several mobile appointments available, even for glass replacement now.- They're attentive and quick in person for either repairs, or sales. If your issue is urgent - go in.- The sales team is still a sales team.... Quick to try to convince you to upgrade or buy, but don't have much information themselves.Lack of mobile appointments, parts shortage, long delays.

What an absolute amazing experience. If you asked me a year ago if I would ever purchase a Tesla; my answer would have been, "no!" However, with a little research into the EV world you will find that Tesla offers a lot of perks and tech that other companies don't.That's not even the best part...Tesla buying experience was seamless. I don't know if I will ever buy from a regular manufacturer again. Kendrick was an amazing salerep. No pressure and easy going. They are non-commission but that didn't stop him from being customer oriented. Zee was great on the phone when I had questions about delivery and what to expect as well as when I took delivery. Justin is an amazing asset to the Tesla team he's very well informed and helped me when I had questions about specific trim levels and helped me to understand exactly what it is that I'm looking for in a Tesla! Keep up the great work!
