As a brand new Tesla owner (I’ve only had my car for about two weeks), everything about Tesla is still very new to me. I recently came in to have my tire pressure checked, and the entire process was incredibly seamless and straightforward. The service team kept me updated the whole time through the app, which made everything very easy and stress-free.
A couple hours later, I came back to purchase an additional key card for my husband so he could use my car. I have no idea how some people speak of the speed of service, I took my vehicle in at my appt. Time 11:15 and waited in the shop until now and what I need, is to change my windshield which brook for the 3 rd time in a two month period, yes 3rd time, and as I am writing this review, I am still waiting in the shop for my windshield replacement and it is supposed to be finished at 5:15 according to the progress I see on my app. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed at their complete lack of respect to my time, as I if I had nothing better to do than wait in a Tesla center
