East Sacramento Concierge provides amazing and attentive care. The doctor and entire staff are kind, friendly, compassionate, and supportive. They offer individualized and comprehensive care with a whole-body, whole-person approach to health, incorporating integrative and alternative methods. The doctor truly listens to patients, making them feel heard and getting answers. The team is always there for patients, scheduling needs quickly and being available to call or text. The experience is unmatched, reassuring, and refreshing, with the practice consistently going above and beyond. Patients are very happy and grateful for the service.
The quality of the care I received from Dr. Del Pozo, Alexis, Ally, and Tatiana is astounding. I am forever grateful that Dr. Del Pozo and her team were able to work me in the same day, helping me around the clock, to get better during an incredibly important project. Thank you for such personal care and kindness. The extra steps taken by Dr. Del Pozo will help me leaps and bounds.

Doctor and staff are amazing! I have been struggling for YEARS to feel heard and am always feeling like I’m not getting anywhere with our medical HMO system. Being in her care is exactly what I have been hoping for. Her and her team are always there for me whenever I need them and I couldn’t be more grateful! I still need referrals (which can be a hassle) but they work with me. Also, being able to text or call and actually speak to your doctor is UNMATCHED!! Very happy patient and feel like I’m finally getting answers so I can take action and get my health back!
