East Sac Natural Cleaners

I brought a dress in to be altered. When I picked it up, there were issues with the alteration. Simran picked up the dress from my home, got it to her seamstress, who fixed the issue and then dropped it off the next morning in time for to me wear to my birthday brunch. This was a concierge’s level customer service experience. I cannot thank Simran and her team enough. This level of excellent customer service is a lost art.
