Too slow to respond to multiple phone calls requesting service. Spoke once and seemed nice enough but there was zero sense of urgency regarding our plumbing issue. In the end we ended up hiring someone else. I would have rather been told " I'm not interested" rather than have our calls and requests go un answered.

Our toilet was leaking so I called Don. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem, wax ring. Once he got the toilet off, he noticed that it has been leaking for quite some time and didn't feel safe just replacing it without having someone check the floor for water damage. My contractor checked and all was well. Don came back out and finished up the next day.

I needed the tub drain removed since I was going to get it refinished. The tub refinisher couldn't get the drain out. Don came the same day with the part and was able to get it fixed. Great work and super fast. Highly recommend.Service: Repair water fixtures
