I have been to this location several times for CT scans & mammograms. Never had any problems. Recently I had my mammogram. My doctor called to tell me I have a mass on one of my breasts & i need additional imaging. I called to schedule & the soonest appointment is 2 months out. That seems absolutely ridiculous especially if it turns out to be cancer. I have already dealt with another kind of cancer. The stress & anxiety of waiting 2 months is not acceptable in my opinion.
Always a pleasurable, kind experience at Dignity Health Advanced Imaging. I have some level of reasonable anxiety any time I need to have images taken...anticipating a not so good report. The receptionist staff is kind, I'm greeted the moment I walk in, and my tech Benjamin was amazing. He explained each position, observed or helped me, and explained why the position/images. I thanked Benjamin for being so thorough and informative.
Like the previous posts stated, this is a very tricky location to get to. Gps will send you to the controllers office but if you keep walking towards the back you will eventually find it. I walked around the entire building trying to find it and therefore was 15 minutes late exactly. I was told I can wait if I wanted to be seen. I waited an hour and a half and finally went up to the front desk and said they couldn’t guarantee seeing me. I had to be re-scheduled….lost a day of work for nothing
