A+++ service! I had an excellent experience. I've been to the Sacramento and the El Dorado Hills locations. Both are so clean and elegantly furnished. Wendy is the absolute BEST, too. She's very focused on ensuring your comfort, and she's clearly a perfectionist, taking care to look at every detail and work on things more, well after I stated that I was happy with the job. I'd never thought I'd want permanent make up, but after getting my eyebrows done, I am excited to try more.
My friend and I came here and it was the best experience! Wendy made us feel very comfortable and safe. I was waiting for my friend to get her eyebrows done and she still considered me and set up a little seat for me so that I could be more comfortable. She was patient, flexible, caring, understanding, and overall amazing. She also works well with criticism which is a great quality to have in this field because she wasn't afraid to receive our input and even encouraged it so that my friend left happy and satisfied which she did :). I would definitely recommend her.
