All of the staffs here are very helpful and friendly. Especially NP Alex. She took her time and really listens to my problems and my needs. Unlike other physicians I’ve seen in the past. They just want to get you in and out. Not Alex.

The standard of care provided is of a very poor quality. The staff in the clinic are also inefficient. The only positive comment I would make is that the front desk staff member was pleasant and friendly. However, the overall service and patient care really needs to be improved.

I really don't understand why people complained about this place. This is the best doctor i've ever had and he is one of the few that really CARES about his patients. Besides, the front desk and staffs in the office are nice to me and my family. We all understand the clinical staffs' stress and tiredness during covid pandemic and they are just human beings with emotions. A decent person would never accuse on peoples accents and that would be pure RACISM. These who blames the staffs accents should really be reported to the police and get educated.
