This is THE Tattoo Shop of Sacramento. I've always gotten my body art from the owner, Julio Ferrer, and let me say this clear - the man is a true Ink Master. The level of quality and focus and foresight he consistently demonstrates is well beyond his years. I know there are other Tattoo shops and Artists in the 916 - but I don't care. It's either Ferrer or it's nothing.

Very professional. Cleanest parlor I have ever seen. Julio Ferrer is a true artist. If I could give I would give a hundred stars. I received a portrait, of my passed dog that is so him, people cry when they the face. Thank you Mr. Ferrer.

Julio is a great artist! He is really in tuned with what you want and He makes sure it is going to look good before it’s on your body! He’s so talented! I will be returning for more work from him! He’s very professional and kind and he has a great eye for design and is so detail! I love his work!!!
