Be really careful with this company especially Daniel. They will say whatever you want to hear for you to pay him in advance in order to start a loan. I believed him and paid $5,000 to start. The next day he sent me a contract for a $75,000 fee for him to do a $6mil loan. Two weeks later he asked me to fill out a loan application. I told him Most of my broker fill out the loan application for me, his reply was "you are not paying me enough to fill it out for you". I told him "is $75,000 fee not enough?" he said he doesn't do small fees like this. Then 4 weeks later, he asked me to sign another contract that he will charge another $250K in fees and legal services....read full review
