I hired Kurt to install two new A/C units at my business in November 2020, he did a good job on the installation but he does not follow up well after the job, one of the units had a compressor go out, 4 months after the installation, see picture. i contact him and he told me he would come by the next day, it has been over 30 days and he has never came by nor will he return my phone calls or text messages. I am in the process of hiring a new company to fix my unit because we need our a/c at work, I have 15 people working at the office and summer is right around the corner. Please be Aware!! This is a scam company!! Kurt Finch has taken my retired elderly in laws money!! robbed them of $1600 dollars gave us an invoice charged us a deposit for work and since March 25 has ghosted me and my entire family refuses to call us back or anything! We have even gone to the address listed and Resident there is tired of people looking for Mr.Finch at their residence!Service: Install AC
