Cisco creates art on your face. He will take amazing care of your brows but more importantly makes you feel so seen and heard. I went to Cisco for 2.5 years while living in Sacramento and haven't been able to find an eyebrow artist that comes close to him in Southern California! I will probably have to go to Sacramento just to get my brows done by Cisco every few months! I highly recommend him for brows, and hair coloring!

I've been going to Lord Cisco for a couple of years now, and he is and always will be part of my beauty routine! He is someone I would even call a friend, even though we only see each other and talk when I'm in his chair at the salon! Also, recently I decided to get laser hair removal on the back of my neck because it's made me insecure and uncomfortable since I was a kid.
