I have been floating at Capital Floats Sacramento for over a year. It is my favorite self-care activity. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated following my float. The staff is always friendly, the facility is clean, and I love the funky feeling of the resting area. Drinking a cup of tea and coloring, painting, or just vegging is a treat.

I finally began my fire and ice journey at Capitol Floats this month and the experience has been amazing, following my sessions my mood is uplifted and my body aches subside. I wish I could cold plunge & sauna everyday!! ?
