Capitol Ballet Center is one of the absolute best ballet studios we have ever been a part of. Ms. Newton and Mr. Carol have an absolute wealth of knowledge to share with the students. They are true professionals. Not only are our kids getting professional training, but the girls and staff are friendly and funny! I would recommend that anyone looking to do ballet in the greater Sacramento area look into Capitol Ballet Center, you won't be disappointed. The only problem they have, is they aren't too tech savvy, so they don't have many reviews, and sometimes it can be hard to find them! My daughter has been training at Capitol Ballet for two years and her growth in technique and repertoire has exceeded all my expectations. We have tried a few different ballet studios in her years of dancing and nothing can compare to Capitol Ballet. The owners use their former professional careers to really impart so much knowledge in every class. And the girls that dance at the studio are so kind, caring, and welcoming. Coming to a new studio at 11 can be scary, but my daughter was welcomed with smiles, positivity, and new friendships. I highly recommend, especially if your child really loves ballet.

Without a doubt the best classical ballet training available in the greater Sacramento area! Because of this training, our family has had two daughters and a son-in-law go on to ballet careers with classical companies, and our youngest daughter is on track for the same opportunities!
