Unfortunately cannot leave due to insurance. But HORRIBLE at answering the phone. I'm a patient and have called 20+ times over the past 7 days. Left 3 voicemails and 2 messages through patient portal. Wouldn't recommend this place. Horrible service especially for the type of care they're supposed to provide.
Filled out an online appointment request and was contacted within a couple days. The entire facility was really clean. Kelly Scott performed my pap. She was personable and really good at distracting me from the procedure. My only complaint is that the front entrance is a little hard to find
I’m actually extremely surprised by the negative reviews. I have been going here for a while now and have been in at least 4 times and have nothing but the BEST experiences with both the doctors and the nurse practitioners. Incredible women who make me feel comfortable. After horrible experiences with women’s health this place has been a godsend.
