My wife has been getting service here for two series of 8 sessions each. They keep the office pretty chilly meaning the AC is turned up quite a bit. The receptionist is very polite and efficient, however a little dry. She displays business only attitude, and if you try to small talk, she's not rude, but she's not necessarily interested. They are very accommodating and flexible being that we were late a few times so that was very nice. The acupuncturist was very efficient and very nice. So far, I've gone to two sessions and have noticed that the biting pain I had in my shoulders and back have decreased and my anxiety level has gone down as well. Lily seemed to really care about what she was doing and made me feel well taken care of. She addressed my issues and I will continue my sessions.

I just went to this acupuncture office for the first time and was impressed. It was a little out of the way for me to drive to the Arden location - but it was worth it - and I will return again in the future. Also, although my insurance doesn't cover acupuncture, the office still provides discount rates to Blue Shield members - which I really appreciate. The office was clean and comfortable. The couch in front was cozy (I kinda want to take it home) and the bed was heated (i REALLY want to take it home). I saw Lilly and felt that she listened well to my symptoms (cold and flu + bad circulation) and treated me well. I felt myself leaving with more energy than when... read full review
