Selysa has helped me not only to tap into myself but to completely embrace my emotions and allow then to flow freely. This monthly session is a type of preventative maintenence for my energy and I feel it should be more widely popularized for its ability to assist with mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being. Carson is a healing practitioner. I'm thankful for him. He's helped me release stored up emotional pain just within my first 2 sessions. I'm beginning to cry a little more. I've not cried for a long time. Our discussions before the session really opens the way to session. He also gives opportunity after the session to discuss anything that may have occurred during the session. He gives sound advice as to encourage me to continue self-care. The entire time feels safe and welcoming. He's sincere and takes time to listen.”

I've been receiving reiki from Carson for a few months now, during an extremely heavy and grief filled time of my life.
