My first Reiki session with Selysa was a truly transformative experience. From the moment I arrived, she ensured I felt comfortable and at ease, creating a cozy and inviting space to guide me through the process. Through her skilled touch and calming presence, Selysa helped me release tension and reconnect with my body and mind. I could feel energy flowing through me as she worked, dissolving stress and leaving me feeling deeply relaxed. Her gentle energy and intentional approach allowed me to sink into stillness and focus inward. With Selysa’s guidance, I explored emotions, engaged in mental exercises, and found moments of inner peace. Her kindness and supportive energy were palpable throughout the session, and her ability to hold space with such care made the experience even more meaningful. I’m grateful for the opportunity to take this time for myself and to have had Selysa’s guidance on this journey toward healing and balance.

I am very pleased to have been a part of the Reiki level 1 course. The experience is one I will never forget. I did not know how I would feel after this course, but after the attunement I received, I felt my heart open and a connection that is unexplainable. I’m naturally cold blooded in my hands. It takes a long time for them to warm, but during this specific day I felt vibrations running through my palms, sweating profusely! That never happens to me. It was an honor to have been able to tap into the life force that way, and I’m honored I was taught by such an amazing spirit.
