I was going through one of the hardest periods of my life and decided to try reiki, hoping it might help. Finding Selysa has been one of the best decisions I've made. I've seen her about four times over the past few months, and the difference I feel is incredible. I'm less anxious, more grounded, and finally starting to feel like myself again.
She takes the time to check in with you before and after each session, and those conversations are so thoughtful and supportive that they feel therapeutic on their own. I had an amazing experience at Sacramento Reiki Center. I worked with Selysa, and she significantly improved my back pain after just one session. After every session my voice drops an octave, that’s how relaxed I feel afterwards. Selysa is amazingly intuitive and always helps release layers of tension I didn’t even know were holding so tightly.
