Needed to get aluminum cut for an aquarium tank lid. The aluminum is screen window framing. Other places in Sacramento said sorry, we only handle big jobs. Called Big R and they understood my need (me and hack saw don't get along well) and was able to walk in, get the 4 pieces cut down to size while I waited, at a reasonable price. Friendly folks. Big R came to my rescue. Now my fish wont jump out and carpet surf! Thank you BigR!

This is a great local metal shop! I came in to get an aluminum pipe and I also got two pieces of aluminum sheet that were cut to size for me from the remnants they had. The staff were friendly and helpful and Bob has a good sense of humor! I will definitely be back for future metal purchases!

I have been to Big R Metals twice and they have been friendly and responsive to my needs. The second time I ordered an odd size rectangular tubing. They called me when it came in and the price fair.
