My air conditioner went out during hottest week 102-105. My husband walked into Big Mountain Heating and the Air company asked if we could have someone out. They sent Steven the project manager out that day. He did a complete check and measuring for what we needed. They guys came out on Saturday put ducts, vents and new heating and Air unit it. Friendly, complete cleanup and even laid drop cloths to protect my floors. Awesome company, so glad I called and trusted them for this big job. Thank you, you guys were quick and love the cooling now?☺️

Big Mountain deserves an A++ rating. To begin with, they are great communicators, so you know not only when they will arrive, but also what they are doing with your HVAC equipment. Austin was very polite and professional -- I was impressed with his knowledge.
