I usually don't review, but the interaction I had with Bill made me show his kindness to the world.
I just needed some Jute Webbing to repair my sofa. I called him before going there, and he said he could help with that. When I got there, he asked me how much I needed, and I said 12 feet, but he measured 25 feet instead. And I was thinking he is gonna charge me a lot. But when I asked him how much I had to pay for this, he said he wouldn’t change it for this and also gave me free advice on the repair. This was the first most kind thing that happened to me this whole week.
Bill is very respectful and clear speaking. He upholstered my mother’s chairs and they were beautiful. Very wonderful upholstery. I’m so pleased with Bill’s work. Can’t give enough accolades !!!!!!!’
