Always a pleasant experience in the HVAC process with Atticman. Dustin was very knowledgeable and experienced. He found a few minor things to be done at a later date, which I appreciate Everything went smoothly, happy to say.
The temperature outside was 100. I turned on the A/C for the first time since last summer and nothing happened. The system didn’t kick in. I tried to troubleshoot the problem on my own by tripping the electric panel, but still nothing. By that time it was after hours and I didn’t think Atticman would still be open but my daughter encouraged me to call. Surprisingly, Stan was still there. He was so kind and helpful and didn’t want me suffering in the stifling heat. He was able to find a technician willing to come out. That technician was Yuriy. Everyone at Atticman has been reliable, professional, and thorough! They walked me through an inspection of my current HVAC, explained the rebates I qualified for, and developed a personalized plan for my home. I never felt pressured to make a sale and their no change guarantee speaks to the prep work and experience of all of their technicians. Their team has gone above and beyond my expectations - Kyle, Thomas, Brandon, Lucas and Robert have done a fantastic job!
