Today an adjustment had to be made on my new heat pump sys.
Tech seemed ok, he was in my Attic so I climbed ladder and he tells me its not allowed to climb his ladder, I almost kicked him out of my home, but due to other top service from company, ill just post the experience

Michael from Atticman came out today and performed a seasonal system check of our heat pump before going into the winter season. He was professional and polite. He explained what he was doing and how each component worked. It gives me a good peace of mind and confidence that I don’t have to worry about it being in top shape.
