I recently used Armstrong Plumbing again to inspect my water heater and was very pleased with the service. Technician Peter C. handled the job professionally with great attention to detail, just as he did on his first visit. This was my second time working with him, and once again the work was completed carefully and efficiently. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I would definitely recommend Armstrong Plumbing and Peter C. to others needing reliable plumbing work.
The service was great, the tech was considerate and kept us informed throughout the process. Their digital invoicing and estimating leaves a lot to be desired. It took two phone calls to get a printable paid invoice and I still don’t have usable estimates for the other two jobs that they say we need to have done (one for the landlord and and for us).
Had a jammed sink disposal. Armstrong called with an earlier availability, so I got service a day sooner than expected, which was nice. Fred and Taylor were on time, professional and took care of my disposal quickly. Would recommend for your plumbing needs.
