I was on a 3 way phone call with my house manager and Joe from Apex. Joe was clear in communicating the results of his investigation of my house. He stated his recommendations, the cost and how he would set an appointment with my house manager to do the extermination process. I found his price reasonable, the process thorough and my manager set the appointment for the process. I was able to pay with a credit card over the phone, which was quick and easy.

We've had ant issues over the years but were always able to control them until recently. The ants would eat the Terro bait, but then pop out at another area of our house. After several months of fighting with the ants, a friend recommended that I contact APEX Pest Control. Jeff arrived at precisely the scheduled time and diligently planted the ant bait and sprayed the entire house inside and out. Jeff is so knowledgeable in dealing with ants and other pest. He knew exactly where to plant the bait. After a couple of days, all the ants were gone. We have been using them for about 5 years. We haven't run into any issues per se. Our current rep that comes out is named Cesar. Always super friendly and helpful with big smile on his face. We are definitely lucky! When we had issues with ants showing up, it was taken care of immediately. I'm not sure if it's our location or just our super nice rep, but we have but all good experiences. It's hard to find good hardworking people, which might be the reason for some negative reviews. It's a hit or miss at times.
