The customer service is horrible when you call. I’ve called three times in a month did not get a call back then when I call again, the lady was rude. Kept putting me on mute. She wasn’t listening to me. I was telling her I was in pain Respectfully!. She still said I need to wait a week for my appointment and then booked the appointment and hung up on me and didn’t send me no type of confirmation to show me that my appointment was booked. When I asked if there was someone else I can talk to for help she would not give me any type of information

Once again they fill all my prescriptions except the one I need the most which is heart medication. I've been without for 3 days and I've missed work because of it. I left a message over the weekend pleading with them to call in my refill and still nothing on Monday. Call back again and ask again. I do not understand this. And don't try to apologize, just fix the problem. This has happened to me before and still nothing has been done to fix the issue. Fix the %#$!@*# problem.

I’d rate them 0 stars if I could they never answer the phone nor return urgent voicemail they’re extremely unorganized and when the phones are answered your constantly interrupted disrespected constantly transferred and rudely hung up with no warning after waiting hours or more just to get thru to someone.. on top of that they stay referring you to places who don’t even except your insurance. They’ve changed providers so many times it messed up everything when it came to me trying to be seen . They’ve had multiple doctors and nurses quit..
