When I first cane here things went well. They suggested after a few months I try injections which caused more pain and zero relief. They then told me I should look at switching clinics because they were transferring to an injection only clinic. Fast forward a few more months and I have emergency surgery. I informed then of it and continued receiving my prescriptions along with being told to look for a new clinic. A few months later I had a second surgery. I informed them again of this only this time I was asked for a drug test. Low and behold I failed my test due to having surgical drugs in my system. In the process of waiting for a family member to be treated there were two things to point out for correction, maybe 3: 1. The staff were back scheduled or short staffed this early 2020. 2. As a Medical Assistant student it is unacceptable for front desk staff to precumptiously gossip on a matter. Close to the ear wispering and it being quiet from the opening is a possible action of a HIPPA violation. It's a full shift tasks when needed. Most employed are not to violate HIPPA nor any such manners. It's 'Boring' but a satisfying labor. 3. When observing the enviroment this clinic is in the forieners seem to not be americanized enough. I am a disabled person with chronic pain from spine injuries and cancer. I have been treated by Dr. Birladeanu for seven years with no complaints whatsoever. Dr. Birladeanu is an extremely competent physician. He deserves a lot of praise for his good work. If you have pain management issues you will not find a better physician than Dr. Birladeanu and his company Allied Pain Management.
