Alex Perez and his team did a great job replacing 80+ cracked tiles, cleaning out the clogged valleys and making our roof water tight! In addition, we asked that they replace a few fascia boards that showed dry rot and they completed and painted those as well. His team was quick to respond to questions and also provided before and after photos. The work was finished in the expected 2 days and paying was easy with a quickbooks link. We would absolutely refer Alex and his team to our family and friends.

We recently hired Alex Perex Roofing to replace a 34-year old roof and couldn’t be happier with the results. The work included Duration Cool Plus Owens Corning shingles, O’Hagins Fire & Ice low profile vents, etc.

Working with Alex Perez Roofing was a joy from start to finish. Alex's communication was excellent and we were kept up to date every step of the way. His crews and supervisors really knew their jobs and performed them really well. We got a new roof, new gutters and leaf filters as well as some added insulation in our attic.
