We had our kitchen done 5 years ago with these people and it was a mess from the gate. They put lights in the wrong place, the counter has a nice white spot with no color and it is roughly 6 inches around. The cabinets I don't think were sealed at all. When the brought in on of them it was dripping stain on my white carpet. All of my hinges are snapping and the stain is coming off in some places. We have no kids at home just me and my husband. We know have to have a cabinet maker come in and try and fix the mess. We have to put in all new hinges and probably restain everything.

Our cabinets were not installed properly. Timelines were always changed. The microwave cabinet was so high I could not use it without the risk of getting burned. They wanted $6,000.00 extra to make it work so it was safe. It has been 6 months and two of the kick boards are still not nailed down. When we were told they were coming to install and often they did not bring the right pieces to finish or did not show up at all. We left numerous messages with not return calls. They have huge communication issues amongst their staff. We spent approx. $70,000.00 on new cabinets and did not receive good customer service!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I gave it a shot and decided to hire Buy Direct for my project to support small business.Time lines were pushed out continuously.Once the cabinets were installed that was it!! It was hard to get in contact with anyone. The glass covers were left dirty and the inside cabinets were left with debris from the installation. I've emailed and even sent messages to the sales person and tried via the website still NO LUCK.Poor business with lack of support
