Only had a few accupuncture sessions for a work injury and every time was a delight. Truly kind workers, comfortable atmosphere, clean, organized- everything a medical office SHOULD be!

I was waiting in the waiting room with my three-year-old and my one year-old for my husband to get his physical done and since my girls started getting wiggly the front desk lady kicked us out and made us wait outside in the cold, stating it wasn’t a pediatric place. I felt like she was just treating us that way because my daughter is autistic. That type of treatment is traumatic to all of us, and my daughter felt the pain of being told to leave. She was crying and trying to run back in and say sorry. I told her it was nothing that she did but the effect of the front desk manager was so bad nothing could have stopped her tears. I left a picture of the lady at the desk. If you see her I wild just leave and find another place to go. Because unfortunately, these people often get away with this type of behavior and it just emboldens them to do it again.

Rebecca, the PA at Agile Healthcare, is a phenomenal provider. She is a compassionate and effective medical professional who made me feel heard and understood. Her efficient and thorough approach to my knee and shoulder injuries—including getting x-rays in a single visit—was incredibly reassuring. The care I received absolutely renewed my faith in Healthcare. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

After dealing with the likes of Concentra, or U.S. Healthworks over the last two decades, FINALLY I've found a place that doesn't make me want to cancel my birthday subscription! Agile Occupational Medicine surprised me in a few significant ways. One, they weren't CRAWLING with clients who look like they were trying to score. Two, the online questionnaire was actually IN THE SYSTEM so I didn't have to fill everything out by hand AFTER already answering the questions online! Three, the staff was actually NICE!!!!! I KNOW!!!! That shouldn't be noteworthy but it's RARE in the DOT physical business. The Dr. Was an absolute delight from start to finish. Rebecca Wattenbarger was kind, professional, and efficient. 10/10 experience.

They Got me in super fast 1 Day for Industrial Injury (Workers Compensation) i saw Edward on a Telemedicine Appointment. And they gave me some time off because i have a super messed up back from Work. Which is Exactly what i needed. Ive been with my company 17 years and my Body was just giving out on me.They couldn't give me any painkillers which Kinda sucked but i understood but they did refer me to P&R doctor.at least i got the help i needed and FAST. Not having to worry definitely worth alot IMO so 5 stars they are AOK.
