They offer diverse skills and specialized programs to accommodate specific care requirements. Jessica has been particularly helpful in providing medical equipment for patients. Their professional and recommended services make them a great choice for anyone in need.
I work as an RN with this amazing company and can say hands down we have the best team with so much support. We truly love and care about our patients and want to provide the best service to those we serve. We bring so much compassion, love, understanding, knowledge and comfort in all we do.
Communications with this company is excellent! The home care supplies were ordered and received in a timely manner. The nurse Mai always called the day before visit with an approximate time. She was very compassionate and easy to work with. We were able to call her at anytime between visits. We had to go to hospital for 6 days and when we returned home was assigned another company for home visits. I asked why and was told Advanced Care declined our future care. Mai was puzzled also. She was an excellent wound care nurse for us. I hope this next company does as well.
Very grateful for the office staff! Every time I call to follow up on any questions after my loved one's passing Lacey & Jennifer are always open ears! I'd highly recommend this company!
