This is the third time I've used Acutech for various appliance repairs. Jeremy was very prompt. He came out the same day I talked to him to diagnose the issue and give me a quote. Jeremy explained every step clearly and gave me options. He ordered the need part and came back out and fixed the issue in under an hour. I can't say enough good things about the service I received. Honest, fair, reliable... all at a price that beat the manufacturer's repair estimates, by a lot. Thank you Jeremy, you're awesome buddy!
My roommate woke me early to tell me our refrigerator of over 10 years stopped working. The first place I called didn't answer, and when I checked the website they didn't open til 10. So I searched the top 10 appliance repairs. Acutech was open. So I called from the website and Jeremy was able to come after his first appointment and then repaired my refrigerator before noon.
