In September we had Ace install a new HVAC and heating system. After the completion of the installation we had a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. Their 3 month warranty on repairs done is worthless. Got my refrigerator repaired by Ali in March 2021, called them less than three months later as the replaced parts broke down, and he promised to squeeze me in the next day on an emergency basis. Three texts ,two phone calls and three days later, not a response in any way. Not very kind to customers counting on some followup and a freezer full of spoiling food.

Technician arrived early and patient to wait for us while we finished our walk. The detergent dispenser in the washer accumulated water after each load. He fixed it by unclogging areas in my detergent dispenser. I also paid extra for maintenance like cleaning the drain since it hadn't been maintained since we bought it over 5 years ago. Overall very happy with the service and fee and will use them again. Thanks Yelp and Ace Repair.

Dryer started getting really loud and stopped heating up. I called a few places late on Sunday and left messages. Ace Appliances was the only company to text me back that evening asking if they could schedule something for Monday. I ended up asking if they could take a look at my freezer too since it's been leaking water. I'm not one that enjoys phone calls so I appreciate the text communication. They also let me know what to expect beforehand. They do have a $65 service/ diagnostic fee per appliance, but that charge goes towards any repairs or service you have them do. Ali was our technician. He was running a little late but I spoke with the office that gave me and update and apologized for the inconvenience. Ali was polite, wore a mask, and super efficient. After describing the issue I was having, prior to opening anything up, he was able to give me a professional opinion on the issue and a window of potential costs based on the make and model dryer we had. Once he opened it up it was exactly as he described. I really appreciate that Ali took the time, before making the actual repairs, to point out what the issues were and show me what was broken and estimate prices for each piece. He ended up replacing the heating element, a wheel, and pulley in our dryer. The final cost for the dryer ended up being within the window he had originally quoted. He proceeded on to the freezer. Seemed very comfortable and knowledgeable with both appliances. He got them both opened up, repaired, maintained, and closed back up super fast. I'll be keeping this companies phone number in my contact list for any future repairs I need.

Very fast response, and quick repair service. Ali did a really good job on fixing my Frigidaire dishwasher. The price maybe not the best(half of my dishwasher$) but it will save u a lot of time for sure! I would recommend this business.

I had 2 appliances in need of repair: LG refrigerator & washer I contacted Ace and the sent out their technician Ali. Ali contacted me when he was on the way and when he arrived. Ali was professional and knows his trade. He was quick to evaluate the problem with both appliances. He repaired the fridge and ordered the part for the washer. He gave me an estimate for when washer part was to arrive, called when it arrived and came promptly to fix washer. I would highly recommend Ali to anyone who is in need of appliance repair.

Ali is on the time, Pleasant and efficient. Can't ask better service. Communication is exceptional and call ahead of time when on his way. He have knowledge of all kinds of appliances. I had issue with refrigerator and he fixed in timely manner. Cost was also reasonable. I recommend Ali to everyone for their repair need. Very professional and meet covid 19 guidelines as well.

We had the same thing happen to us as Emily. Samsung refrigerator not fixed and our house smelled so bad after he left. The guy over the phone tried telling us we had a leak. Why does your paperwork from technician say no leak. How can you diagnose over the phone. Tech even gave us his cell number. When we called he said im off call the office. Really?!?!?!Needless to say my husband was mad and called the office. They finally agreed to refund us the $385. They said they would not cash the check guess what they did. Now we are going through the bank to get the money refunded. Run from this company
