I called regarding a blocked main sewer line. Tom arrived within the promised window. He diagnosed the issue and recommended a solution. Because we have a 19th century townhome, a new clean-out port was needed to clear the line. Although it was his last call, Tom was willing to stay to finish the job. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and personable. Based on my experience I would recommend Tom and Abe Lincoln Plumbing.

Paul saved my day! A pipe broke in my back yard continuously spraying water everywhere. I called Abe Lincoln Plumbing and Heating and Paul responded to my call. He didn't think he would be able to make it out today and began to guide me on the phone to look for my shutoff valve. It turned out we could not locate the correct one for the pipe that broke. Paul graciously arrived less than an hour later and fixed my broken pipe and a great cost. This was by far one of the best experiences I have had in regards to needing an emergency situation take care of. Thank you Paul!
