My experience with Emmanual was amazing. The quality of his work is unmatched. He rescued some of my precious memories from almost 60 years ago! I’ve never had an owner take such kind and thoughtful care in explaining the process to me in detail. I thank him from the bottom of my heart! I could not recommend A & E any more strongly. They can handle literally any digital project.
Well, first what I have to state is that I was FULLY satisfied with the conversion of old cassettes (some from 1975!) with brittle tape to electronic files. I gave him six tapes, and he converted and organized them carefully clearly so that I could get reacquainted with the content.
In addition, and just as important, what I experienced was Emmanuel’s passion for what he does. Not only did he more than cover things technically, he was also attentive and engaging.
It was a pleasure working with Emmanuel – as compared to sending my tapes to some conversion factory and not knowing (really) what I would get back.
